MOBILIZATION AND ENROLLMENT
  • Mobilizers have option to use Skill EMS mobile app specifically developed to add mobilization data.
  • This app works in both online and offline i.e., with internet and without internet connection.
  • All the candidate information can be added along with documents i.e., govt. id proofs, address proofs, education certificates, photo proofs can be uploaded.
  • All the data will be synced to cloud server whenever the device is connected to internet.

BIOMETRIC INTEGRATION
  • Keeping track of attendance and acquiring statistics from previous years is a huge task in every educational institution. SkillEMS works with training partners to help them integrate biometric devices into their environments.
  • As soon as the candidates’ punches the attendance will automatically store in cloud environment and calculates the attendance progress of candidate, batch, and training centre.
  • Customer can retrieve the attendance reports daily, weekly, monthly and whole batch duration at any point of time.
QUALITY TEAM INSPECTION

  • As per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) every training centre must undergo Project Execution Readiness (PER) assessment. SkillEMS offering the PIAs to have self-assessment of their training centres using our extensive centre inspection form.
  • This Q-Team inspection includes the assessment of Physical Infrastructure, Non-Academic and Equipment related to office room, Counselling areas, reception areas, IT Lab and Academic and Equipment related to classroom/domain lab, Maximum Instantaneous Training Capacity, Teaching Learning Materials (TLM)
  • This also includes the Assessment of both male and female residential facilities, Maximum no. of candidate’s permissible residential rooms, No. of Rest rooms, wash areas, kitchen area etc.
ADVANCE REPORTS (KPI)
  • SkillEMS provides a separate MIS module to view and download the reports and analytics at any point of time.
  • Each report is pictorially displayed to understand easily. The reports are downloadable in any format.
  • These reports can be extracted based on the provided search filter like date range, project, centre, job role, batch etc.
  • The KPI reports includes Attendance reports, Assessment reports, Centre reports, Project reports, Batch reports, Training reports, placements reports and post placement tracking reports.
SKILL LMS - ADD ON MODULE

  • SkillEMS provides Learning Management System for the candidates who are undergoing training.
  • The candidates can access the eLearning system which contains online study materials like eBooks, video tutorials, mock exams, assignments, online classes, resume builder, feedback forms, discussion forum, training plan, KYC documents.
  • Candidate can search and apply for jobs by various employers and check their status of interviews etc.
EMPLOYER MANAGEMENT - ADD ON MODULE
  • SkillEMS provides a separate add on module to manage the jobs and interviews by Employers.
  • Employers can access their account and post the jobs and interview details.
  • Employers will have the access to the list of candidates applied for jobs and can download their resumes.
  • Online video interview can be conducted using SkillEMS. Interview video will be recorded and stored in archives.
  • Employers can send the offer letters, joining letters to candidates.
